Da 3 generazioni ci prendiamo cura del nostro grano: dalla preparazione del terreno, che facciamo riposare ciclicamente, alla semina, sino al raccolto. Il risultato di tanto lavoro è un grano duro, genuino ed equilibrato, per una pasta sana e digeribile, che porta in tavola tutto il sapore della nostra terra.
