Special Italian craft beer

The Italian law identifies 5 brewing categories based on the Plato degree, i.e. the measure of the saccharometric degree (the sugar content of the wort, before fermentation begins): non-alcoholic beer, light beer, beer (Plato degree greater than 10.5 and higher alcohol volume 3.5%), including special beer (Plato grade at least 12.5) and double malt beer (Plato grade greater than 14.5).
