RECIPE
SARCONI BEAN CAKE
Ingredients for 8 people:
1) 250 g of flour 00
2) 250 g of sugar
3) 200 g of Sarconi bean purée (of your choice)
4) 100 g of margarine
5) a sachet of yeast
6) a cup of sour milk with lemon juice
7) two whole eggs
8) a pinch of salt
PREPARATION
In a bowl, beat the margarine with the sugar.
Add the eggs and beat until the mixture becomes frothy.
Then add the bean purée, flour, yeast and milk.
Pour the dough into a pan, grease and flour.
Finally, bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 ° C for about 45 minutes.
GASKET CREAM:
a – three tablespoons of whipped cream
b – three tablespoons of bean purée
c – three tablespoons of powdered sugar
