CANNELLINO Dry cannellini beans are classic dwarf beans, with cylindrical and elongated seeds,
uniform white in color with tapered or flattened tips.
With this bean the best results in the kitchen are obtained by using it to prepare side dishes, salads and cold dishes,
but even with pasta it does not betray the expectations.
Also the climbing variety for pollination, with a delicate flavor and very tender skin, we recommend it with pasta.

CANNELLINO SARCONI BEANS PGI in Pack of 500g

The Dry cannellini beans are classic dwarf beans, with cylindrical and elongated seeds,
uniform white in color with tapered or flattened tips.
With this bean the best results in the kitchen are obtained by using it to prepare side dishes, salads and cold dishes,
but even with pasta it does not betray the expectations.
Also the climbing variety for pollination, with a delicate flavor and very tender skin, we recommend it with pasta.

RECIPE

DRIED CANNELLINI BEANS SALAD OF SARCONI
Ingredients for 6 people:
1-  500 g of cannellini beans
2- 40 g of parsley
3- a small stalk of celery
4- an onion
5- a clove of garlic
6- a bay leaf
7- a clove
8- a leek and a carrot
9- 9 tablespoons of olive oil
10- 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
11- salt and pepper

PREPARATION:

Boil the cannellini beans in abundant salted water for 3 minutes.
Clean, wash and tie together in a bunch the celery, a few sprigs of parsley, carrot, bay leaf and clove of garlic. Put the clove in the onion.
Then add everything to the beans and finish simmering.
Once the beans have been cooked, let them cool.
Separately in a cup, emulsify the oil with vinegar, salt and pepper.
Season the beans with this sauce and let them rest for 15 minutes before serving.
