The Pasta Le Tre Colline is produced only with wheat grown under the sun of our fields in Basilicata.
For three generations we have been taking care of our wheat: from the preparation of the soil, which we let it rest cyclically, to the sowing, until the harvest.

of ancient durum wheat “Senatore Cappelli” stone ground, selected by the Association of Ancient Grains in Tuscany.The wheat is transformed into granulated and then processed into pasta by the Pastificio Chelucci with traditional systems
and drying at low temperature in static cells, to fully preserve all the nutritional properties of Senatore Cappelli wheat.
This specialty boasts extraordinary nutritional qualities: the wheat is not modified, therefore it does not contain GMO components,
and the gluten it contains is of high quality.All this gives the product excellent nutritional properties and a high degree of digestibility.
The ancient Cappelli wheat has a protein share and unique organoleptic properties.
