TELESCA farm Le tre colline (The three hills ) was born around the 1950s when grandfather Giuseppe bought his olive grove in Pietragalla. Pietragalla, an ancient village nestled on the hills of the northern Lucanian Apennines. Teleasca farm in the three hills its oil production derives from a centuries-old tradition of transformation. Olives are manually harvested directly from the tree, and the grinding of the same is carried out within 24 hours.
Extra virgin olive oil “TELESCA Farm the three hills” is the genuine product of cold-pressed olives, pressed with the traditional system of stone wheels.
The soft pressure of the millstones, which rotate very slowly, allows to obtain a crushed olive paste between 13 and 18 degrees of temperature (optimal condition for obtaining a superior quality oil). The growing appreciation of their product encouraged the Telesca family to build the new Le Tre Colline oil mill in 2000.

La Pasta Le Tre Colline è prodotta solo con il grano coltivato sotto il sole dei nostri campi in Basilicata. Da 3 generazioni ci prendiamo cura del nostro grano: dalla preparazione del terreno, che facciamo riposare ciclicamente, alla semina, sino al raccolto. Il risultato di tanto lavoro è un grano duro, genuino ed equilibrato, per una pasta sana e digeribile, che porta in tavola tutto il sapore della nostra terra.

1 – Curiamo direttamente ogni fase: dalla preparazione del nostro terreno, alla semina e raccolto: questo significa tracciabilità al 100%
