Special Italian craft beers

Special craft beers, according to Italian law characterized by a Plato (saccharometric) degree of at least 12.5, have an alcohol content from 4.3 to 5%: of the quantity of sugar in the must, expressed in Plato degrees, only a percentage is in fact transformed in alcohol during fermentation (approximately 3 saccharometric degrees correspond to one alcoholic degree).
