    Has beed dried at low temperature, to fully preserve all the wheat nutritional properties.
    Furthermore the pasta is bronze drawn to give it a rough and porous texture to improve its quality.

    Its production is completely artisanal; following the Tuscan tradition from selection  phase of raw materials
    which is strictly Italian tuscan durum wheat until packaging.

    The pasta is sold in cartons of 10 packs of trenette of 500g = 5Kg

    Senatore Cappelli ancient durum wheat Trenette is a product obtained from the processing
    of ancient durum wheat “Senatore Cappelli” stone ground, selected by the Association of Ancient Grains in Tuscany.

    The wheat is transformed into granulated and then processed into pasta by the Pastificio Chelucci with traditional systems
    and drying at low temperature in static cells, to fully preserve all the nutritional properties of Senatore Cappelli wheat.
    This specialty boasts extraordinary nutritional qualities: the wheat is not modified, therefore it does not contain GMO components,
    and the gluten it contains is of high quality.

    All this gives the product excellent nutritional properties and a high degree of digestibility.
