The pasta is sold in cartons (box) of 12 packs 6 fusilli + 6 penne rigate of 500g = 6Kg
The Pasta Le Tre Colline is produced only with wheat grown under the sun of our fields in Basilicata.
For three generations we have been taking care of our wheat: from the preparation of the soil, which we let it rest cyclically, to the sowing, until the harvest.
The result of a lot of work is a durum wheat, genuine and balanced, for a healthy and digestible pasta, which brings all the flavor of our land to the table.

Our quality production process:
1 – We take care of every phase directly: from the preparation of our land, to the sowing to the harvest: this means 100% traceability
2 – The soil is left to rest cyclically so that it can naturally regenerate with nourishing mineral substances
3 – The ripening of our wheat is favored by an ideal temperature and persistent sunshine
4 – We grow quality wheat such as Maestà and Don Matteo
5 – The production process involves bronze drawing and slow drying.
6 – We pay attention to the environment thanks to the 100% recyclable packaging.
The result is PENNE RIGATE and FUSILLI with Italian durum wheat pasta with balanced nutritional values, the right surface roughness and an extraordinary resistance to cooking, so that it can always be enjoyed as italian used to say (enjoy la pasta al dente) .
