La Munachedda Nera è uno degli ecotipi che compongono la famiglia dei fagioli biologici di Sarconi IGP,
alcuni tra i legumi secchi più pregiati. Si tratta di fagioli biologici lucani simili alla Munachedda chiara, da cui si differenziano per il colore del seme che si presenta di forma tondo-ovoidale, con i colori bianco e nero uniti in forme irregolari con prevalenza ora dell’uno ora dell’altro.

MUNACHEDDA NERA – SARCONI ORGANIC BEANS
Munachedda nera are organic beans from Sarconi, IGP quality and are sold in 500g packs.
Munachedda Nera is one of the ecotypes that make up the family of organic Sarconi PGI beans, some of the finest dried legumes.
These are Lucanian beans similar to clear Munachedda, from which they differ in the color of the seed which has a round-ovoid shape,
with black and white colors united in irregular shapes with a prevalence of one or the other color.
They are organic beans excellent both for summer salads, for simple winter dishes such as pasta and beans or even reduced in cream as a side dish.
They go perfectly with rice or soups with the addition of vegetables and meats.
