The Chianti wine DOCG is sold in two types of packaging:
CHD753 – Chianti DOCG Toscano 0.75L bottle pack of 3 bottles
CHD756 – Chianti DOCG Toscano 0.75L bottle pack of 6 bottles

Organoleptic characteristics:

Wine with a lively ruby ​​red color tending to garnet, clear, with an intense and persistent aroma, with a harmonious, aromatic, round flavor, full taste.

Chianti DOCG wine vines:
Sangiovese 80%, Canaiolo, Cabernet Sauvignon, small percentages of white grapes from the Malvasia and Trebbiano cultivars.

Farming process: spurred cordon, simple double curtain.
Harvest: by hand.
Vinification: controlled fermentation in vitrified cement.

Alcoholic degree: 12% – 13%.

To serve:
at a temperature of about 18-20 degrees, it is advisable to uncork the bottle an hour before serving.

Chianti DOCG Riserva wine pairings and combining:
Excellent also alone we recommend it with Florentine steaks, roasts and game, aged cheeses.
