Organoleptic characteristics Chianti wine DG :
Wine with a lively ruby red color, limpid, with a faint scent of violet, intensely vinous,
with a dry, harmonious, savory flavor.

Grapes:
Sangiovese 80%, Canaiolo, Cabernet Sauvignon, small percentages
of white grapes from the Malvasia and Trebbiano cultivars.

Farming system: spurred cordon, simple double curtain.
Harvest: by hand; manually
Vinification: fermentation and aging in vitrified concrete and steel.

Alcoholic degree: 12% – 13%.

To serve: at a temperature of about 18-20 degrees.

Pairings or combining Chianti red wine DG :

It goes divinely with dry soups, grilled meats, game stews and aged cheeses.
