All Bolle dessert plates, like the other items from the line ATELIER of the MADE IN SIPARIO social cooperative,
are completly handmade and painted by mentally disabled artists.
This particularity makes the artistic production unique.

Designs are made with characteristic graphic signs and original colors.
As they are hand painted, they are all unique pieces and each piece shows small differences both
in the composition of the decorative elements and in the intensity of the stroke mark.

All products Made in SIPARIO are made and decorated by hand by our artists.

Material and its processing

The clay and the raw materials used are produced in Tuscany (Impruneta, Montelupo …).
The working process from the composition of the clay through the lathe to the decoration follows the culture
of the Florentine and Tuscan potters which has its roots as far back as the Medici Renaissance.
The colors used are lead-free and suitable for food use.

All dessert plates are available in 3 decorations:

– “Bolle” :            The plate with a white base has a bubble decoration of various sizes and colored shades for nuances.
– “Mirò” :             The plate with a white base has a bubble decoration of various sizes and shades combined with brushstrokes

are available in 6 different color variations: lime, sangria, peony, forest, sky and sahara.
However, the decoration of a color presents various patterns of shades of the same color.

The Mondrian design or decoration for the coloring inside the figures artistic
is only available in primary colors: red, yellow and blue.
