The Tagliatrelle of Tuscan spelt from the Chelucci Pastificio is a 100% Tuscan spelt pasta from Garfagnana at Km0 (zero miles);
\ndried at low temperature, to fully preserve all the nutritional properties of the wheat.
\nThe pasta is bronze drawn to give it a rough and porous consistency which improves the quality, especially of the spelt.
\nIts production is completely artisanal following the Tuscan tradition from the selection of the spelt to the packaging.<\/p>\n

  1. We take care of each phase directly: from the choice of rigorously Italian and Tuscan spelt from Garfagnana, one of the most valuable spelt in Italy and world.<\/li>\n
  2. Bronze drawing to give it that essential roughness to flavor it better with both tomato sauces but also meat or fish ragu.
    \nAllows it to maintain the organoleptic characteristics and the totally natural flavor of artisan pasta unaltered too.<\/li>\n
  3. Low temperature drying to preserve all the nutritional properties of Tuscan spelt.
    \nThe drying takes place on frames placed in wooden cells at low temperatures (30 \u00b0 -35 \u00b0), for more or less long periods depending on the shape and type of pasta.<\/li>\n
  4. Packaging is made entirely by hand, to give that unique and inimitable aspect to the product.
    \nThe packaging is also taken care of to ensure that all its qualities and characteristics are preserved during transport.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
