The Pici Toscani (Pici Tuscany) of Tuscan durum wheat from Pastificio Chelucci is a 100% Tuscan durum wheat semolina pasta at Km0(Zero miles);
\nHas beed dried at low temperature, to fully preserve all the nutritional properties of the wheat.
\nFurthermore<\/span><\/span> the pasta is bronze drawn to give it a rough and porous texture to improve its quality.
\nIts production is completely handcrafted following the Tuscan tradition from the selection of raw materials to packaging.<\/p>\n

The quality processing of the Chelucci pasta factory: <\/strong><\/h4>\n

  1. We take care of every phase directly: from the choice of strictly Italian and Tuscan durum wheat raw materials.<\/li>\n
  2. Bronze drawing to give it that essential roughness to flavor it better with both tomato sauces but also meat or fish ragu.
