\nSangiovese 80%, Canaiolo, Cabernet Sauvignon, small percentages
\nof white grapes from the Malvasia and Trebbiano cultivars.<\/p>\n

Farming system:<\/strong> spurred cordon, simple double curtain.
\n<\/span>Harvest:<\/strong> by hand; manually
\nVinification:<\/strong> fermentation and aging in vitrified concrete and steel.<\/span><\/p>\n
