CANNELLINO ROSSO (RED) SARCONI BEANS PGI in Pack of 500g<\/strong><\/p>\n

The variety CANNELLINO ROSSO(RED) (RED TRUCHISCH ROSSO) <\/strong>is an ecotype of dwarf cannellino with a cylindrical-elongated
\nand tapered seed of white color with black-violet spots, sometimes completely black, not uniform: very beautiful also to look at.
\nPlant that in the waxy state has long and light yellow pods.<\/p>\n

The black pollination climbing cannellino has a round and black seed, with a delicate flavor and a very tender skin.
\nIn the kitchen it is recommended for a single dish with pasta or on its own as a side dish.<\/p>\n

RECIPE<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0SIDE OF SARCONI BEANS
\nIngredients for 4 people:
\n<\/strong>1- Cannellino nero(Black) beans 800 g
\n2- 6 salted anchovies
\n3- 2 cloves of garlic
\n4- 1 sprig of parsley
\n5- 1 glass of white wine vinegar
\n6- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
\n7- Salt and pepper<\/p>\n

PREPARATION<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Place the Sarconi black cannellini beans in a pan with plenty of salted water and cook for 45-50 minutes.
\nDesalt the anchovies, bone them and cut them into small pieces.
\nPeel and cut the garlic; clean the parsley, wash it and chop it.
\nThen put the oil in a saucepan over medium heat and fry the garlic.<\/p>\n

When the garlic is golden, place the anchovies and unpack them over a very low heat, mashing them with a wooden spoon;
\nafter which pour in the vinegar and continue to work the anchovies, until they are reduced to cream.
\nAt this point add a pinch of salt and pepper (season with salt only if necessary because the anchovies are very salty!)
\nAnd remove from the heat.
\nDrain the beans, pour them into a serving pan and toss with the hot sauce; then let them rest for about 10 minutes and serve them at the table.<\/p>\n
