VERDOLINO BEAN PGI SARCONI BEANS pack of 500g<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Verdolino bean<\/strong> variety is an ecotype of dwarf bean with a round-ovoid seed and an unmistakable light green color, more or less intense depending on the cultivation area.
\nEcotype much appreciated for the delicacy of the taste and for the particularly tender skin.
\nIn the kitchen it is recommended with pasta or rice, but it is also delicious in soups, alone or with the addition of meat, fish or vegetables.<\/p>\n

RECIPES <\/strong><\/h5>\n

VERDOLINO BEANS OF SARCONI IN THE PAN (or \u201cpignatta\u201d beans)
\nIngredients for 4 people:
\n<\/strong>1 400 g of green beans
\n2 2 sticks of celery
\n3 2 cloves of garlic
\n4 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
\n5 1\/2 kg of peeled tomatoes
\n6 1 tablespoon of oregano
\n7 1\/2 glass of olive oil
\n8 salt and pepper<\/p>\n

PREPARATION <\/strong><\/h5>\n

After cooking the beans in salted water, drain them and set aside a cup of cooking water.
\nPut them in a pan with the oil, the whole garlic cloves and the peeled tomatoes.
\nSeason with salt, pepper, sprinkle with oregano, add the sliced \u200b\u200bcelery and the preserved cooking water; then cook everything together in the \u201cPIGNATTA\u201d, until the liquid is absorbed.
\nPour the beans onto a serving dish, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.<\/p>\n

PATE \u2018OF VERDOLINO BEANS OF SARCONI AND ZUCCHINI
\nIngredients for 4 people:
\n<\/strong>a 200 g of boiled and drained Verdolini di Sarconi beans
\nb 3 steamed courgettes still al dente
\nc parsley
\nd even dried mint
\ne 2 cloves of garlic
\nf oil, vinegar, salt, pepper<\/p>\n

PREPARATION <\/strong>
\nPass the beans through a vegetable mill, add the garlic blended with the parsley, oil and vinegar, tasting from time to time to adjust the flavors to your taste.
\nBlend the boiled courgettes with a spoonful of mint and a clove of garlic; add oil and vinegar, proceeding as with beans.<\/p>\n
