The pasta is sold in cartons (box) of 12 spaghetti packs of 500g = 6Kg<\/h4>\n

The Pasta Le Tre Colline<\/strong> is produced only with wheat grown under the sun of our fields in Basilicata.
\nFor three generations we have been taking care of our wheat: from the preparation of the soil, which we let it rest cyclically, to the sowing, until the harvest.
\nThe result of a lot of work is a durum wheat, genuine and balanced, for a healthy and digestible pasta, which brings all the flavor of our land to the table.<\/p>\n

Our quality production process:<\/strong><\/h5>\n

1 \u2013 We take care of every phase directly: from the preparation of our land, to the sowing to the harvest: this means 100% traceability
\n2 \u2013 The soil is left to rest cyclically so that it can naturally regenerate with nourishing mineral substances
\n3 \u2013 The ripening of our wheat is favored by an ideal temperature and persistent sunshine
\n4 \u2013 We grow quality wheat such as Maest\u00e0<\/strong> and Don Matteo<\/strong>
\n5 \u2013 The production process involves bronze drawing and slow drying<\/strong>.
\n6 \u2013 We pay attention to the environment thanks to the 100% recyclable packaging.<\/p>\n

The result is SPAGHETTI<\/strong> with Italian durum wheat pasta with balanced nutritional values, the right surface roughness and an extraordinary resistance to cooking, so that it can always be enjoyed as italian used to say (enjoy la pasta al dente) .<\/p>\n

Da 3 generazioni ci prendiamo cura del nostro grano: dalla preparazione del terreno, che facciamo riposare ciclicamente, alla semina, sino al raccolto. Il risultato di tanto lavoro \u00e8 un grano duro, genuino ed equilibrato, per una pasta sana e digeribile, che porta in tavola tutto il sapore della nostra terra.
